Couples considering our venue are warmly invited to enjoy a complimentary one-night stay on the farm, which includes a comprehensive tour of the venue, onsite churches, and surrounding area.
The Clubhouse is an ideal venue for hosting pre-wedding celebrations, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere to welcome your guests the day before your special occasion. This versatile space is fully equipped with bar facilities, a fully functioning kitchen, and all the necessary amenities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Often utilised for Friday evening dinners as well as Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, The Clubhouse offers flexibility to suit a variety of functions. In addition to its popularity as a pre-wedding gathering space, it is also suitable to be used as a wedding reception venue.
Should the bridal couple wish to host their own catered event at The Clubhouse prior to the wedding, a venue hire fee of R100 per person will apply.
Our catering is based on a per person rate, which includes a selection of canapés, a main course, vegetables or salad, and dessert.
Plated meal options are also available at an additional cost.
We are proud to work with our highly experienced chef, Sonja, who, together with her dedicated kitchen team, prepares approximately 30,000 meals annually. She is also available to cater for all weekend meals, should you require extended services.
For 2026, the catering rates for the main wedding reception are estimated at R625 to R700 per person.

Our guest farm features two fully licensed bars available for use with prior arrangement.
On Saturday afternoons, pre-drinks are served following the wedding ceremony during the canapé hour at our outdoor gin counter or designated pre-drinks bar. This service includes professional barmen, full preparation of ice, beverages, and condiments.
This is an optional add-on service offered at R1,000.00 for a duration of 2-3 hours.
The cost of pre-drinks ranges between R75 – R100 per person, depending on the selected beverages.
Final selections and pricing can be confirmed by the bridal couple in consultation with our team.
Bridal couples are welcome to bring their own wine; howevera corkage fee of R50 per bottle will apply.
Louvain Guest Farm offers exceptional accommodation for over 160 guests. Our beautiful property features 13 luxurious guesthouses, with up to 80 beds, as well as 40 stunning luxury tents, accommodation up to 80 guests.
The Bride and Groom strictly do all the allocations of guests in our guesthouses and luxury tents, months before the wedding.
